Lawrence Li is an experienced professional with a deep knowledge of the Hong Kong & China legal and business landscape. He is the founder of Hong Kong Professional Mediation Association, the Chairman of China-Hong Kong Labor Law Association, panel mediator of various organizations and institutions in Hong Kong, including, HKMAAL, HKIAC, Financial Disputes, BMMCO-Judiciary, Insurance Complaints Bureau and Victim Offender Mediation (VOM). Mr. Li is now a Senior Business & Investment Projects Consultant in Sheng Tang Greater China Consultancy Company (盛唐大中華顧問公司).

William Kong, Solicitor

William is an experience charter civil engineer, general, family mediator & family mediator supervisor and trainer, (FDRC, HKMAAL, HKIAC, HKIE, HK Law Soc, High Court of Guangdong PRC), adjudicator (HKIE), arbitrator (CIETAC, SCIA, SHIAC, ZIAC. GZAC, DGAC, ZIAC, HKIE, FDRC) and solicitor (GBA China, HK, UK & Australia), Civil Celebrant of Marriage. Mr William Kong has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation, adjudication and arbitration in domestic and international commercial and construction disputes, general and family mediation and litigation.

Madam MONITA I.L. YUEN SUEN

LLM, Grad.Dip.(Prof. Acct.), CPA (Aust.) She is the Chairperson of Hong Kong Professional Mediation Association. Madam Yuen also holds a master degree in law with good knowledge of laws related to accounting and mediation. Professional qualification of Madam Yuen includes CPA of Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA Australia), Certified Practicing Accountant (Eligible for Fellow Status), Associate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Practicing Accountants (AHKICPA) from 1990 to Present, Assessor, Examiner & Supervisor of Mediation Accreditation Accredited by Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) in England since 2018, Accredited Mediator, Hong Kong Professional Mediation Association, from 2012 to Present

Kerwin has over 13 years experiences in the training field and strong in Millennial Leadership and Management soft skills in the workplace. Kerwin has been invited by ViuTV for sharing Corporate Training Services and New Generations trends. He is Multi-generations Keynote Speaker, Recruit Magazine Columnist on topic of Corporate Training and Generation Gap in workplace. Kerwin devoted his effort in NLP and coaching applications to business to maximize personal and corporate performance, including service mindset, personal coaching, team building, selling skills and presentation skills, etc.

Dr Bryan Law

Bryan Law, LL.D., is an educator and a management consultant with a diversified professional background. He authored over 40 books and is a professor and consultant on various topics, including human resources, law, real estate, creative thinking, entrepreneurship and human rights. Bryan’s wide-ranging knowledge and professional experience, coupled with excellent training and coaching skills, have placed him as one of the foremost consultants in Canada.
